Our AI moves through the complete sequence: discovery, qualification, value-add, and invitation. Here's a real example from the campaign:

  • Initial message didn't get a response—AI sent a personalised follow-up exactly 48 hours later
  • Follow-up: "Hey, we felt someone in your area. Would you be interested in seeing what you might be eligible for?"
  • Customer responded positively, AI moved to qualification
  • Tied the customer's pain point (pest control work) to the product (Visa)
  • Dynamically pulled available calendar times and booked them in

99% Show Rate with Smart Reminders

We send reminders one hour and ten minutes before each appointment. Over a 30-day period, this resulted in a 99% show rate. Generally, we maintain 90%+ show rates.

The result: Sales teams only speak to qualified prospects—people who pass their qualification criteria. This has led to a significant increase in sales over that time.
